TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WWW.STAMET.PL WEBSITE

INITIAL RULES

1. These rules (hereinafter referred to as Regulations) defines the rules of using the Website available under the url address: www.stamet.pl and defines the rights and responsibilities of the Users and the Administrator in relation to the Website.
2. The Website www.stamet.pl is being conducted by STAMET s.c. Dorota Król, Marta Rusin, Stanisław Stachura with the headquarters in Mielec, ul. Partyzantów 21A, 39-300 Mielec (hereinafter referred to as Company) identified by the numbers : NIP 8171964536, REGON: 690502951 entered into Centralny Rejestr Działalności Gospodarczej (Central Registry of Business Activity).
3. The Website allows learning the information about the Company’s actions.
4. Every User from the moment of undertaking activities leading to using the Website is obliged to abide the Regulations’ rules.
5. Before beginning of the Website’s usage, the User is obliged to familiarise themselves with the contents of the Regulations. By using the Website in any way the User declares and confirms that they has familiarised themselves with the contents of the Regulations and accepts it’s rules and obliges to abiding them.
6. The up-to-date Regulations are always available in the Terms of use subpage of the www.stamet.pl Website and is publicly and freely accessible for any subject, particularly for the Users in the in a way that simplifies its acquiring, reproduction, storage and embedding in a usual manner by an ICT system used by the subject. 7. The company uses best efforts to make sure every information available on the Website is upright, complete, truthful and up-to-date.
8. The Website’s Users have the possibility to share the information found on the Website via social networks after antecedent signing up on them.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

9. The Company is the Administrator of the User’s personal data. The company undertakes the protection of the personal data according to The Personal Data Protection Act from 27 April 2016 with later changes and Electronic Services Provision Act with later changes.
10. The User can share their personal data with the Company and can view, edit, update and remove it anytime. The receivers of the User’s personal data will only be subjects authorised by the law for receiving the personal data.
11. The Website’s User gives consent for their personal data to be processed by STAMET s.c. Dorota Król, Marta Rusin, Stanisław Stachura with headquarters in Mielec The Personal Data Protection Act from 27 April 2016 with later changes. The Company informs that entering the User’s personal data is voluntary and the User has the right to access their personal data, edit it. The User can also limit the processing of their personal data or object against its processing or file a complaint to supervisory authority. PERSONAL DATA CHANGES

13. Every User has the right to access their personal data.
14. The User can update, rectify, complement and change their personal data on the way of direct informing the Company about the personal data change.
15. Entering the personal data is voluntary. In the event of not entering or removing the personal data, the Company reserves the right to refuse to provide electronic services.
16. The User can contact the Company anytime if they don’t want to receive further marketing information related to organised promotional actions, informing about the Company’s actions or current Company’s activity. The User’s declaration will effect in the Company not contacting the User in the matters defined by the User. In this case the User’s personal data will remain in the Company’s database and will be processed only in the purposes defined by the User.
17. The User can object against processing of their personal data at any time:

  • a) Because of the causes related to their particular situation – regarding the processing of their personal data, based upon the act of art. 6 ust.1 f RODO (i.e. legally justified businesses realised by the Administrator),
  • b) If the personal data are processed in the marketing purposes

18. The User can request complete removal of the personal data entered by them and the Company obliges to the permanent removal of the personal data in that case. After the removal of the User’s personal data from the Company’s database, the Company won’t be able to contact the User nor to send them any information related to the Company’s activity. To remove the personal data you have entered, you have to contact the Company under the address: inspektordanych@stamet.pl

COOKIES POLICY

19. The website doesn’t collect in automated way any information, except the information included in cookie files.
20. Cookie files (‘cookies’) are IT data, in particular text files which are kept in the Website’s User’s end device and are meant for using the Website’s web pages and enable the User to use all the Website’s features; they don’t make changes in the User’s device settings. Cookies usually contain the name of the web page from which they come, time of keeping them on the end device and an unique number.
21. The subject that features the cookie files on the User’s end device and gains the access to them is the Website’s operator.
22. The cookie files are used to:

  • a) Adapt the contents of the pages of the Website to the User’s preferences and to optimise the use of the web pages; these files particularly allow to recognise the User’s device and accordingly display the web page, adapted to their individual needs;
  • b) Create statistics which help understand how the Website’s Users use the web pages what lets improve their structure and contents.

23. Within the Website there are two main types of cookie files used: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporal files which are kept in the User’s end device until the logout, leaving the web page or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookie files are being stored in the User’s end device for the time defined in the parameters of the cookie files or until they are removed by the User.
24. Within the Website there are the following types of cookie files used:

  • a) ‘essential’ cookie files which allow using the Website services, e.g. authorisation cookie files used for services requiring authorisation within the Website;
  • b) 'authorisation' cookie files used for services requiring authorisation within the Website;
  • c) ‘performance’ cookie files which allow ‘remembering’ the settings chosen by the User and personalisation of the User’s interface, e.g. in the matters of chosen language or region from which the User comes, the font size, web page appearance etc..

25. In many cases the web browsing software (web browser) allows the storage of cookie files on the User’s end device by default. At any time the Website’s Users can make changes of the settings regarding the cookie files. These web browser’s settings can be changed particularly in a way to block automatic cookie files handling or to inform every time about their placement in the Website’s User’s end device. Detailed information about possibility and means of cookie file handling are available in the settings of the software (web browser) or in its documentation.
26. The Website’s operator informs that limiting the cookie file implementation can affect some features available on the web pages of the Website.
27. By using appropriate features of your web browser you can at any time: remove cookie files, block the use of cookie files in the future.

FINAL CONCLUSIONS

28. The user can send any remarks, comments and questions related to the Website to the address: opiekunportalu@stamet.pl.
29. Any of the conclusions of these Regulations doesn’t mean to violate any rights of the User. It cannot be either interpreted that way because in the case of any part of the Regulations not adhering to the law, the Company declares absolute subordination and appliance of this law in place of the questioned part of Regulations.
30. The Company can change the Regulations at any time without providing any reason. The mentioned changes don’t constrain the rights obtained by the Users of the web page before the changes.
31. In the matters not covered by these Regulations the application of adequate laws takes place. Contentious issues are examined by the court appropriate by place and subject.
