2. STAMET Spółka Cywilna Dorota Król, Marta Rusin, Stanisław Stachura is the keeper of the Website and the Administrator of the personal data.

4. The website uses personal data for presentation and showcasing of the company’s offer.
5. The website realises the functions of collecting user data and their actions in the following manner:

  • voluntarily entered data in the website’s forms.
  • saving the cookie files (Cookies) in the end devices.

6. The website is hosted (technical maintenance) on the www.home.pl server.

Information about the use of data

1. In some situations the Administrator has the right to pass your personal data to other receivers if this is necessary to realise the responsibilities burdened upon the Administrator. It concerns such receiver groups as: authorised employees and associates who use the data to handle the enquiries in the form on the website.

2. The User has the right to request from the Administrator:

  • access to the User’s personal data
  • editing of the User’s personal data
  • removal of the User’s personal data

3. The User can request the complete removal of the entered personal data and the Administrator obliges to permanently remove the data. After the data removal the STAMET company won’t be able to contact the User. To remove the data you have entered you have to contact the person responsible for data handling under the e-mail address: inspektordanych@stamet.pl

4. There can be made a complaint about Administrator’s actions to Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (Personal Data Protection Office President).

5. Entering of the personal data is voluntary although necessary for handling the Website.

6. There can be actions undertaken consisting of automated decision making, including profiling to provide services under the concluded agreement and for conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.

7. The personal data isn’t passed on to third party countries in terms of laws about personal data protection. This means we don’t pass them on beyond the European Union.

8. The information about the users’ behaviour on the website can be used to keep logs. This data are used for administering the Website.

Information in forms

1. The Website collects the information voluntarily entered by the User including personal data if they are entered.

2. The Website can save information about the connection’s parameters (time, IP address).

3. Data entered in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the contact form, e.g. for establishing cooperation with our company.

Information about Cookies

1. The website uses cookie files.

2. Cookie files (Cookies) are IT data, especially text files, which are kept in the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of their storage in the end device and a unique number.

3. The subject who features the cookie files in the Website’s User’s end device and who gains the access to them is the Website’s operator.

4. The cookie files are used for the following purposes: maintaining the Website’s User’s session (after login), thanks to which the User doesn’t have to enter the login and password on every subpage of the Website.

5. Within the Website there are two primary types of cookie files used: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are the temporary files which are kept in the User’s end device until logout, leaving the web page or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are being stored in the User’s end device for the time determined in the cookie files’ parameters or until they are removed by the User.

6. Web page browsing software (web browser) usually allows cookie files storage in the User’s end device by default. The Website’s Users can perform changes in this matter. Web browser enables the removal of cookie files. It is also possible to automatically block cookie files. 7. Limiting the cookie files usage can affect some functionalities available on the web pages of the Website.

8. If the User doesn’t want to receive the cookie files, they can change the web browser’s settings. We stipulate that turning off the support for cookie files essential for the authorisation, security and User’s preference processes can obstruct or, in extreme cases, make using of the www web pages impossible.
